PRIVATE SESSIONS

Although I no longer offer on-going personal training sessions, I do offer occasional private sessions.
A private session is helpful to: develop a routine for your own personal use, to help to manage pain
or discomfort, improve technique or form in asana practice or exercises, increase efficiency of workouts
and/or to review basic nutritional guidance.
