Private Instruction is valuable on many levels. I combine years of experience in both the fitness industry and in the vast field of yoga to create a plan or program designed to help you help yourself to a greater level of freedom, harmony and joy in your life. My approach is to evaluate and address your needs, desires and current life-circumstances when creating a personalized program that will fit easily into your life and feels both enjoyable and empowering.
